Breathwork sessions with Sarkis utilize the Breathwave and Rebirthing Breathwork approach of Conscious, Connected Breathing.
This is an approach where our inhalation and exhalation are connected without a pause. This modality is facilitated with the breather laying down, receiving verbal & hands-on support from a facilitator to promote healing by correcting maladaptive breathing patterns.
Unlike other breathing modalities where the breather is encouraged to breath harder, faster, or more intensely, this approach emphasizes gentle, natural, full-range breathing, with a rhythm that supports the deepening of Present Moment Awareness.
When we breath with intentionality while simultaneously surrendering any forcing or agenda, profound, beneficial transformations become possible. Conscious, Connected Breathing brings us directly into contact with the present moment (with what is), and the majority of self-limiting beliefs/behaviors lose power over us when exposed to the light of Awareness.
